Here we present an interesting case report in a 43 years old male patient who initially presented as  nasal mass and enlarged lymph node. Later,  bone marrow aspirate(BMA) and bone marrow biopsy(BMB) was instrumental in arriving at correct diagnosis of metastatic deposits of rhabdomyosacrcoma which completely changed the line of management
