Mott cells in a patient with plasma cell myeloma (arrowheads). These contain numerous vacuolated inclusions called Russell bodies that harbor immunoglobulin. Although they are often linked to plasma cell dyscrasias, they can be observed in reactive conditions such as autoimmune disease and other states of chronic inflammation.
