A 52-year-old male patient admitted to the ICU in critical condition with massive splenomegaly. Blood smear showing multiple fusiform lymphocytes with polarized villous cytoplasmic projections and giant lymphoma. Diagnosed with splenic marginal zone lymphoma. It quickly progressed to death. (Leishman stain, 1000x).
