Peripheral blood smear from patient with acute lymphoblastic leukemia showing Hand Mirror cells (arrows): the shape of the elongated lymphoblasts resembles a hand mirror (a small polar cytoplasmic projection corresponding to a uropod) with a very high nucleocytoplasmic ratio.
