Acute Promyelocytic Leukemia, microgranular variant, peripheral blood. 45-year-old male with leukocytosis, anemia and trombocytopenia. Promyelocytes in peripheral blood have absence of granules and characteristic bilobed nuclear shape. Molecular disease showed PML-RARA.
