Bone marrow biopsy showed >80% marrow cellularity with few marrow spaces showing areas of fibrosis and interspersed population of classical and mononuclear Reed Sternberg (RS) cells which were positive for CD30(Figure 1a-c).Reticulin stain showed increased fibrosis(WHO grade II)(Figure1d).
