A 40 year old man presented with cytopenia. Hb131x10^9/L, WBC 3.15x10^9/L, neut 0.95x 10^9/L, plt 77x10^9/L.
Bone marrow aspirate shows increased lymphocytes with cytoplasmic projections. Flow shows 26% lambda restricted CD5- B lymphocytes. They are CD25+CD103+FMC7+CD79b+CD22+. BRAF V600E mutation detected.
