30 year old female presented with fever, epistaxis and ecchymosis over body since 7 days. Her CBC showed Hb-5gm%, WBC count-50000/cubic milimeter and platelet count- 10000/microlitre. Peripheral blood smear showed abnormal promyeloctes with few cells containing bundles of auer rods(faggot cell).
