The ON (overnight) unstimulated bone marrow cultures, on conventional karyotyping, show del(1q) and t(5;10). Both these abnormalities have not been reported in T-cell ALL so far.

45,XY,del(1)(q21q25),-5,der(10)t(5;10)(q10;q10)
