Numerous Dutcher bodies are seen as intranuclear inclusions within anaplastic plasma cells replacing this marrow biopsy in a 74 year old man with relapsed multiple myeloma. These Dutcher represent cytoplasmic immunoglobulins which accumulate imparting this eosinophilic globular appearance on the H&E stain.
