Hypolobate and abnormal nuclear segmentation and cytoplasmic granulation in neutrophils maturing out after arsenic/ATRA therapy for acute promyelocytic leukemia.

Such abnormal neutrophils can be seen for up to 10-14 days after initiation after therapy and pose diagnostic confusion fairly frequently.
