The biopsy image is from a 56-year-old female with a diagnosis of follicular/diffuse large B-cell lymphoma before bone marrow transplantation. A large, well circumscribed lymphoid aggregate can be seen in the center of the image. Normal hematopoietic elements are readily identified surrounding the aggregate.
