A buffy coat preparation on the peripheral blood from a patient with confirmed mycosis fungoides is shown. A prolymphocytes is noted centrally but the majority of cells present are small lymphocytes with minimal cytoplasm. Nuclear detail can not be appreciated at this magnification. (Wright-Giemsa 40x)
