Follicular lymphoma, grade 1/3, immunoperoxidase stain for CD10 on paraffin-embedded section. The follicles are strongly positive for this germinal-center cell-associated antigen. Similarly to CD20, normal follicles would also be positive, so this antigen is not useful in distinguishing normal from neoplastic follicles.
